Claiming Eligibility: Refund eligibility can only be claimed 48 hours after your interview session. Any claims made before this timeframe will be declined.
Data Retention: For the purpose of processing your refund, we will store your input information, including your Resume, for a period of 48 hours, after which all data will be deleted.
Refund Process: If you are dissatisfied with the AI-generated responses, you must send an email to support@smartinterviewai.com with a clear explanation of why you are not satisfied. We will review your answers and the interview responses. If we determine that the AI responses were irrelevant, we will issue a refund.
